Statement of Faith
These core beliefs are the foundation of our ministry, our outreach, and our leadership. Everything we do flows from our confidence in God’s Word and the saving work of Jesus Christ.
Rooted in Scripture.
The Word of God
We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit.
The Trinity
We believe that there is One God, eternally existent in Three Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Humanity & Sin
We believe that man was created in the image of God, and that he sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death, but spiritual death, which is separation from God. Without Jesus we cannot have a relationship with God.
Salvation
We can have a personal relationship with God through salvation, God’s free gift to man. It is not a result of what we do, but it is only available through God’s unearned favor. By admitting we have sinned and believing in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ, and accepting Him as Lord, we can spend eternity with God.
Water Baptism
We believe in water baptism, as taught and demonstrated by Jesus, as the way for believers to identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus.
Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift from God. He helps empower the believer to develop the character of Christ and live every day in God’s will.
Sanctification
We believe that sanctification is the ongoing process of allowing God’s character to be developed in us.
Romans 6:19Shared Conviction. Faithful Stewardship.
Our Statement of Faith guides how we teach, serve, and lead. Members of our Board of Directors personally affirm the Christian faith, uphold the authority of Scripture, and support this Statement of Faith.
We welcome Christian professionals who are called to serve God through many vocations. Ordination and vocational ministry experience are not required for board service.
Grow with Us. Serve with Us.
